Number
Constructor which wraps a numeric value in an object.
Usage
var Number = require( '@stdlib/number/ctor' );
Number( value )
Returns a Number
object.
var v = new Number( 5.0 );
// returns <Number>
Notes
- This constructor should be used sparingly. Always prefer number primitives.
