Test if a double-precision floating-point numeric value is positive zero.

isPositiveZero( x )

Tests if a double-precision floating-point numeric value is positive zero.

var bool = isPositiveZero( 0.0 );
// returns true

bool = isPositiveZero( -0.0 );
// returns false
